The facility offers the latest in exercise equipment from bikes and upper cycles to weights and exercises, which patients use under the supervision of a trained staff.
The comprehensive outpatient program can help patients of all ages recover from surgery or injury, and offers neurological, orthopedic and hand rehabilitation.
“Whether we’re treating a student athlete recovering from a sports injury or an individual who has suffered a stroke, our team draws on the full resources the hospital provides to speed recovery,” said Kerrie Iannuccilli, Administrative Director, Therapy Services and OP Clinics at Summerlin Hospital.
Benefiting from the hospital’s full array of services, the Outpatient Therapy Center is able to use departments within the hospital for additional patient resources, including nutrition counseling and social services.
