Nursing Recruitment: 3 South

The Women’s GYN and Medical/Surgical Department includes 32 private rooms and is located on the third floor of the south wing.

• 3 South staff includes RNs and UC/CNAs who are energetic
• Experienced and new graduate RNs are welcome
• Outstanding advisers provide exceptional orientation for our RNs
• New Grad Residency provides additional education as well as opportunity to network and exchange information with other new graduates

All shifts are 12-hour shifts. All shifts have experienced clinical supervisors (charge RNs) providing additional resources and guidance to the staff. All staff are responsible for hourly rounding to provide a safe environment for the patients.

The patient population in 3 South includes females ages 18 and up, and gynecological surgical, medical gynecology and female general medical/surgical patients.
