Summerlin Hospital to Host September 13 Celebration for New, Expecting Parents and Young Families

Summerlin Hospital Auxiliary, along with G. Dallas Horton & Associates and Silver State Pediatrics, will present the “Oh Baby! Celebration” for parents-to-be, new parents, family and friends.

The free celebration will take place Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the main lobby of Summerlin Hospital, 657 N. Town Center Drive, Las Vegas, NV. Attendees will discover a variety of resources, tour the Birthplace at Summerlin Hospital, take fun souvenir photos, register for door prizes, engage with the Tiny Spirits mini horses, enjoy refreshments and more. Especially for those with children, the event will also include face painting and age-appropriate games.

  • Birthplace Tours will be held every 15 minutes beginning at 9 a.m. with the final tour beginning at 12:30 p.m.
  • Cake walks will be held every 30 minutes beginning at 9:30 a.m., with the final cake walk at 12:30 p.m.
  • A partial listing of vendors includes information about breastfeeding support, childbirth education, ceramic hand and footprints, Summerlin Hospital pediatric resources, child care services, swim school, dula care, medical massage, fitness opportunities and more.

“We are delighted to offer this third annual event to expectant parents, new parents and young families to enjoy and find a variety of helpful resources,” said Regale Harris, Auxiliary Manager for Summerlin Hospital. “We hope everyone will stop by and enjoy the festivities.”

Proceeds from sponsorships and other donations will benefit “First Ride, Safe Ride,” a Summerlin Hospital Auxiliary program that provides free car seats to parents in need as identified by local pediatrician offices affiliated with Summerlin Hospital.
