Join us for a 60-minute escape to release tight muscles and relax your mind and body. No prior yoga experience needed.

We will begin with some simple safe stretches that will encourage a balanced, supple body, and we will practice ways to calm the mind. These learned coping skills help you during childbirth as well as motherhood. So, this class is great for expectant and postpartum mothers.

Physical exercise is recommended for both expectant and postpartum women, but if it's your first class or you haven't had your six-week postpartum appointment yet, check with your doctor or midwife before coming to class.

In this safe atmosphere, you will meet other moms, strengthen your body and make space and time in your life to take care of yourself. This is true self-care. There will be time for networking, sharing birth stories or asking questions in the last 15 minutes of class. Please bring a note from your medical provider/doctor/midwife prior to your first class.
