Natural Birth Methods Class

The Natural Birth Methods class is for couples who want to have minimal or no pain medications during labor. This class will cover comfort techniques that can be used during labor, such as Lamaze, imagery and hypnosis. The class will also help birth partners gain a better understanding of their role in assisting the mom to be during labor. Please bring two pillows and a balance ball. This class is limited to 10 couples so call 702-233-7103 to reserve your place, or register online.

Location: 653 Town Center Drive, Medical Office Building – Tower I, Conference Room (ground floor)
Time: Monday evenings, 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
Cost: $60 per couple
